Nazjatar world quests

Hello, I am working on a part where it wants me to do bodyguard quests so I can level my follower to level 3.

When I go into the Nazjatar world quests and complete one that I've already done (those were the quests that were offered at the time) it auto completes and I am unable to follow the steps.

Is there a way to reset it so it can walk me through that quest again without realizing I've already completed it?

The only thing you can do is to manually step back to the steps. Quest completion is determined by what the game server says you've done.
