WQ tracking inconsistent?

I have some weird issues with WQ tracking, sometimes when I select all the quests that I'm interested in via WQ Planner and launch a guide for the quests it all works fine, the arrow appears and it tracks all the quests automatically, but sometimes it does not launch any guide, instead just a notification appears on top of the screen that says something along the lines of "this and that WQ detected, click to launch a guide for this quest". WHat could be done to fix it?

That might be an addon conflict. When you get the message try disabling all other addons to see if it will work when only Zygor is running.
