Issues with Tanaris guide? (43-44)

Hi,

I am currently at step 34 in this guide where the goal is to reach level 44. Can you please explain why the guide wants me to wait until level 44 before turning in already completed quests? The quests I am talking about are e.g.:

• Water Pouch Bounty
• WANTED: Caliph Scorpidsting
• Wastewander Justice
• Pirate Hats Ahoy!
• WANTED: Andre Firebeard
• Southsea Shakedown
• Ship Schedules
• Stoley's Shipment

These quests are all done but the guide wants me to not turn them in and instead grind until I reach level 44. is this a bug?

Normally when we delay the turn in of quests it's to give you a boost in the XP for the next level. We find it's sometimes easier to hold some quest turn ins and grind the rest of the level instead of turning them in and then having a lot more grinding at the end of the next level.
