Just wanted to post that your team may want to add a note in the Suramar (110) guide.
At section 348 where it says to accept "All Along The Waterways" from Deline, it does not point out that you must be disguised to see the quest as available.
I am 120 and using the guide to do Lore Master, so being disguised hasn't been a priority for me.
