when loading the mod it asked if i wanted to equip a different shoulder piece when clicking equip it the lower ilvl shoulders got equipped and my higher level shoulders dropping my Ilvl substantially with my shoulders no where to be found please contact me with some information on where it could have got or if the mod deleted it

We only equip stuff, we do not delete it. Anything you would have had equipped would have been put in your bags and the new item would then have been equipped. If your bags were full then the game might have dropped the equipped item on the ground so that the new item could be equipped.
