Arathi achievement not working

It says Arathi is 0%. Now I know 100% I've done Arathi. There is something missing like a quest or two. In the guide, it says 0%. When I load the quest to do for my achievement, it won't allow me to do Faldir's Cove achievement. It says I need to load the arathi 25-60. When I do that, it says talk to Captain Nial's. In retail, there is no Captain Nials there anymore. I can't accept Northfold Manor because I probably did it which is a fact. Your guide is not reading my character. To me, that's broken and now I'm stuck trying to figure out what I need to do in Arathi to finish the achievement.

The guides get your quest history from the game server. If the server says you haven't completed it then we have to assume you never completed it. If Captain Nials isn't there then you might be in the wrong phase for that zone. Check with Zidormi at the south exit of the zone to make sure you are in the old phase of the zone and not the current warfront phase. Captain Nials has not been removed from the game and the Northfold Manor quest is still in the game.

That's impossible. I know what I've done on my rogue. I've done arathi. I've done it on all classes. I've been playing wow since alpha vanilla. I assure you. I've done all the Arathi quests back in Vanilla with my Warlock and Rogue. In the TBC, I leveled all classes to max level which included Arathi. That's what confuses me.

Maybe one of your other addons is preventing the guide viewer from getting your quest history properly from the game server.

Maybe! Not sure which one. Now I'm really starting to pull my hair because Wetlands is 0%. It's like I never existed in World of Warcraft but managed to get 60. I was very strict in leveling and had a system. This allowed me to do all the zones and reach level 60. I'm not sure how I'm getting 0%. Is the guide reading from history on account or character?

The guide viewer gets your character's quest history from the game server. It asks if a quest ID has been completed and whatever response it gets from the server is what it uses to know if you've completed it or not.
