Gear and Status

Hello dear Zygor

I have had doubts with the Gear system and item scoring for a long time, including having to reassemble a gear from a classic char and now retail char by following the guide, surely I must be doing something wrong, they can help me with some tips on how to use it please?

example, my current specialization is Demon Hunter Havoc, the correct one is versatility and Haste, following the guide he takes to other status.
