the arrow is gone

I'm in a quedaluna, and the arrows to show me where I have to go are gone and there is a symbol of a map with an X on my screen, this is normal

Blizzard does not allow arrows to work in instanced areas. This includes dungeons, raids, and your WoD garrison. For those instanced arrows we change the arrow into a map icon. You can click that map icon to open a map of the area you are in to help you navigate the area.
