Guide Skipping Hunter Pet Quests for Orc Hunter

So the guide had me level to 10 to insure I did the hunter pet quests in Razor Hill, but once I got to 10, it skipped over all of it.

Everything looks correct in the files. What is the name of the quest that was grey for you?
