    Trend Data not updating

    I'm not sure if its an issue on my end or if it's something in the program but I have three servers that I have characters on (US: Zul'jin, Dalaran, and Black Dragonflight) and while the two older servers will keep their trend data up to date and updating regularly the third (and unfortunately my main server) will refuse to update it's data past 9/17. I've tried uninstalling the addon and reinstalling it, repairing both the gold guide and the base addon, running an in game AH scan through Zygor, and I have also tried removing it from the list and re-adding it both manually and automatically. When I look through the history up dates it says that it is updated but when I launch the game it still is old data with the error of outdated information.

    This is unfortunately something on Blizzard's side. When our system asks for the new AH data for that one server Blizzard is not giving any new data. The last time we got new data for the Black Dragonflight server was back on the 17th. Our system is checking automatically several times every hour to see if there is any new data so whenever Blizzard starts updating the data that is sent out for your server then we'll get it pretty quickly and then you'll see it get updated.

      I just bought a subscription and the data hasn't been updated since 9/17 for US-skullcrusher too...

        None of the servers I am on are updating. Stormrage, Area52, Sargeras, Blade's Edge, Destromath, Hydraxiz and Garrosh. Honestly think none of them are for US servers.

          There are currently only 13 US servers that are not getting new information from Blizzard. Of the ones you just listed only Hydraxis is one of them. The others are all updating just fine so please make sure you have them selected and set to update in the desktop client and that you are running the client daily or leave it run in the background.

            When the API goes down or servers become unresponsive it prevents us from being able to serve the trend data aspect of our gold guide.

            However, the fallback method of manually scanning your server each day should keep the gold guide usable until the trend data gets back online again. See the section on How To Update Pricing Data here: https://zygorguides.com/support/manual/ggfirsttime

              while on the 'buy' tab, I click the 'scan' button on the zygor window.
              It says it's scanning all auctions, but after that scan finishes, the 'ALERT' at the bottom of the zygor window still says 'historical data is out of date (15 days ago)'

              Is my client properly scanning the AH?
