The Argent Tournament Grounds Valiant Rank Dailies assumes that you're only interested in doing the dailies for your faction. In other words, if you're human, it sends you to the same NPCs, even if you've completed the quests for that faction.
Is there any way to get it to "switch" factions? In other words, I'm human and have already gotten the 25 valiant marks from the Stormwind folks, so now I'd like to do the other factions.
