I've noticed that occasionally, the new "bouncing green arrow" (vs. the old highlighted flight path) will not show up on the flight map.
Today I figured out this seems to frequently / always happen when I have my game in "Windowed" mode. I just noticed it, went out of windowed mode to full screen, and the bouncing arrow was back.
