WoD Campaign arrows are not working/wrong locations.

Entire WoD campaign involving Garrisons are FUBARed, the arrows point to incorrect locations for the first few quests and then towards the mid/end of the garrison area they simply don't work. The pathing for these arrows are incorrect also, like it would tell you to use garrison hearth when the quest giver / finisher is 200 yrds away, making you loop around for no reason.

Once you get out the garrison area, they work fine again.

With 8.3 Blizzard changed garrisons into instanced zones and Blizzard does not allow any arrow or navigation to work inside instanced zones. The arrow will work again once you leave the garrison.
