Preserving the Barrens quest missing

For the Goblin 1-10 leveling guide, Gotura Fourwinds doesn't seem to offer the quest Preserving the Barrens anymore.

That is a breadcrumb quest that is mutually exclusive with the quests Conscript of the Horde and Warchief's Command: Northern Barrens! If you have any 1 of the 3 quests then the other 2 will not be available. Check to see if you have any of them and also make sure you are at least level 5.

I'm a level 18 goblin fresh off the boat from the starting zone with no other quests except "learning to ride". I know it used to be there in the past while strictly following the guide, but not this time. I figured it might have been changed due to the pre-patch. Thanks!

What time line are you synced to with Chromie?

Maybe that's what it is. I never talked to Chromie yet. Just following the Goblin starter guide, line by line.
