Chromie Time - Mists of Pandaria Jade Forest - Removed Quests

As of 9.0.1, in Chromie Time, the quests The Road to Kun-Lai and Temple of the White Tiger previously available in Dawn's Blossom, appear to have been removed.

Came here to see if anyone else was having an issue with Step 171 and 172 in The Jade Forest (10-50) guide while in Chromie time. I am unable to find either of the above mentioned quests.

It actually seems that you need to either be a certain level (possibly 20) or complete some additional quest first. I skipped ahead to step 173, quested for a bit and when I returned I had hit level 20 and both the quests in 171 and 172 are now available.

I can confirm this to be the case now. I was able to pick it up later. It would seem the solution is to move the quest to later in the guide so that whatever prereq is needed (level, quest, etc.) is met.
