After handing in Step 203 "Casting Shadows" to Prophet Velen the guide directs you to speak to Scout Valdez for 'fast Expansion"
The issue is that it does not show Scout Valdez in the proper place. it says he is at Twilight glade when in fact he is at the Garrison.
There should be a hearth or take Flight Path to garrison at this point.
I get this error on all toons I run on Ally at this point.
