Gold Guide Trend Data

So I recently became a subscriber and wanted to test the gold portion of the guide. However, I have a problem where I sign in to the client, I check for updates, I sync, but the guide still is unable to read the latest trends and give me guides for gold making. In-game it keeps prompting me to sync using the client and that the data is over 1000 hours old, even after I did all of those steps asked of me.

I also tried re-installing. This is on EU.

Any help with this? Thanks

There are currently about a dozen servers for EU and US that have not had any new data for over a month. Most likely your server is one of them. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do but keep checking looking for new data. Once Blizzard starts sending out new data for those servers then we'll get the data updated.

We are looking further into what can be done about this issue since we expected Blizzard to have fixed things by now. Stay tuned.
