BFA HOA Start

I leveled in Legion content via Chromie time. When I hit level 50, it ported me out of Legion and back to Org. There I received A Dying World quest, but I cannot find where this lives in the BFA folder. I tried Chromie section of guide for BFA content, and it loaded Zandalar. I did all of that up to choosing the scouting map quest. We should be able to do the Heart of Azeroth quests before then, but I cannot find it in the guides.

Where is this?

Doing some research there seems to used to be a BFA specific Intro Quests guide that handles this. It has been removed for some reason? Why? At least add back the specifics for the HOA quests, please.

It says I need to complete "We Need Each Other". I do not know where that is in your guide and says to use Intro & Quest Zone Choice guide to accomplish it.

This is completed already and I have the achievement Welcome to Zandalar. The Zuldazar one that Chromie got me started on ended with Speaker of the Horde turn in before telling me accept Zuldazar scouting map quest.

Chapter 4 (unlocked on BfA Release):

A Dying World - travel to Silithus and meet Magni (popped up after login). Speak to Zidormi, if you changed the phasing in Silithus
The Heart of Azeroth - follow Magni to the translocator and click the console's dialogue (cinematic). Speak to Magni
You will get Heart of Azeroth and Have a Heart
Infusing the Heart - use your extrabutton Heart of Azeroth at the azerite ores to fill the bar, go to the middle and click it again
The Speaker's Imperative - go to Orgrimmar (use the transporter behind Magni) and meet Nathanos Blightcaller
Mission Statement - enter Grommash Hold (cinematic) and meet your team in the inn
The Stormwind Extraction - click Blightcaller's Easy Death on the table and go to the wall. Click Skyhorn Eagle, it will transport you to the solo scenario (you can skip this scenario, if you completed the chapter on an other character before and continue with step 7):
- destroy the two padlocks and enter Stormwind's sewer
- go to the marked area and meet Rokhan
- click the door, speak to High Overlord Saurfang (wait for his dialogue is complete before you open the next door. Might bug otherwise)
- go to the mark on the other side, click the door to free the Zandalaris. Follow and defend your team on the way to the northeastern part of the dungeon. Click Stormwind Sewer Access
- speak to Rokhan and follow him. Speak to him again after you jumped into the water, follow again
- kill attackers and follow your team and speak to Nathanos Blightcaller. Follow again
- destroy Icy Barrier
- kill enemies on your way to the nothern dock. Enter your ship and speak to Princess Talanji (cinematic)
Welcome to Zuldazar - follow Princess Talanji
Rastakhan - click Enforcer's Pterrordax, it will transport you to the princess. Talk to her (cinematic)
Speaker of the Horde - speak to Zolani and follow her. Use the elevator and click Horde Banner at the balcony
Re-enter the building and visit the tree chambers. Turn in at the other room at the floor
To Matters at Hand - meet the princess
We Need Each Other cinematic. You get Welcome to Zandalar after turning in
Quest line done - now you can chose your preferred quest area at the map on the table
