The client show black screen, can see nothing

I have tried to uninstall and install again, no luck, I can't see any issues for my other programs, only Zygor client.

Have you tried disabling your antivirus software?

yeah, I tried disabled all antivirus software, but still the same, I can close the window by click top right, looks like the buttons and fields are there but all black, and unable to see them

When you did the reinstall did you use the Windows uninstall tool? Do you have all Windows updates installed?
