Alliance Version 2.0 Leveling Guide 1-80

So I apparently can download Alliance Version 2.0 Leveling Guide 1-80 from the members area, does that mean no upgrade costs? or is this not the Version 2.0 'Elite'?

If you download from that link you will see that it does not actually download the new version 2.0 of the guides. It's still the old guide. What do i do ?

I have a new computer and I want to put my guide on It but i cant fined out were i get it at i have paid for it but why cant i down load it then ?
