How to buy Alliance guide?

Hey guys. I wanna buy the Ally guide, and i already have the Horde guide. How can i do this? I go to the members' area but on the dropdown menu "add or upgrade" there's nothing to select. And is there any kind of discount for the ones that already have the Horde's guide?
