Put the file name in quotes that'll supress any automatic extension.

If you try to save it as

file1.lua it'll end up as file1.lua.txt

If you try to save it as

"file1.lua" it'll end up as file1.lua

thanks for the suggestion, I was able to get 2 builds to show up as an option by changing the file type to all files and naming the file as Build01.lua and leaving the encoding option at the default setting

Warlock Talents

Ok so i just downloaded the new zygor guide. and you guys switched the spec from affliction to demonology and a bunch of in-game people tell me affliction is better. so i was just wondering why you guys changed it and should i stay affliction or not. Please reply

what would be a good spell rotation for this build and how does it compare to the ingame PVE frost build 18/0/53?

I installed this build and got an error in game. I'll get a bug report up in a bit for it.

What does the error say. Can sometimes figure out the bugs in the custom builds without a full blown bug report.

I imagine that you put the build into a file named something like Build01.lua. If so please copy/paste the contents of that file. Seems to me like there's probably something missing from within the file that's causing the errors.

Well, everything seems to be right in the build glaaki. Not sure why it gives you the error. Have you tried un-installing and re-installing the newest version of the guides and talent viewer yet? Maybe there's a corrupt file.

That's very odd, going to move these posts into the bug forum since this seems more of a bug issue. Maybe zgdev will have some ideas on the problem.

My Warlock Build

So i just wanted to hear opinions on my warlock build. if anyone has any suggestions i would love to hear them, i just wanted to do my own build because the zygor one is awesome just wanted a couple changes. Any help with glyphs would be good

k so i put this in and put it directly into the lua for zygor talent guides and it works awesome. one thing. when i put in talents i see +2 health funnel availible right after i put 2/2 in fel synergy. if you know why that happens then please tell me otherwise follow the stuff at the top.

Did you have the other talents maybe that the Health Funnel was the next one that needed points?
