Suggested Balance PvP build is not possible

I'm leveling my druid, currently 64, with the guide and noticed something strange about my Balance PvP build.
Zygor is trying to build a 59/0/13 spec for me. Great, except that's...carry the 1... 72 talent points. So I'd need to ding Lvl 81 to have all the points for this build. HUH?!

I think the number is just wrong and that the build will still work. We will change this in our next update. Please let us know if you have any problems applying the build to your character.
