SIS outland problem

My toon is an undead warlock lvl 70.
I just started using the new version of the guide. Took me a little while to get used to the skipping, but now I think it works great :-)
However, there is a quest I can't get at the moment, which may be caused by skipping one of the previous quests.

Outland (68-70)
175. Level 69
Go to 32.64
Talk to Spymaster Thalodien
-Turn in 'Manaforge B'naar' (don't have the quest since it got skipped - it's also grey in colour)
-Accept 'Hich Value Targets' (also grey)
Talk to Magistrix Larynna
-Accept 'Bloodgem Crystals' (the guide wants me to accept this quest, but she doesn't have it yet - I can't even talk to her at the moment).
Is it necessary to complete the 'Manaforge B'naar' quest first?

I think those quests require you to be Aldor, don't know if that could be your problem

I think it's a scryer quest.
I did the 'Manaforge B'naar' quest, turned it in and then I could get the one from Larynna.
So either it's a reputation thing, or they're connected.

Are you aligned with the Scryers?

Yes, I'm aligned with the scryers (as far as I remember that was the only option in the previous version of the guide).

Okay here is the deal:

"Report to Spymaster Thalodien" is a pre-requisite to "Manaforge B'naar" and the SIS seems to skip "Report to Spymaster Thalodien" if you level up to fast and breaks the quest chain please make sure this doesn't skip in the future and knows it's a pre-requist for this quest chain.
