Not sure, but it looks like a UI I can finally use. I just really, really dont like things in the middle of my screen. That one looks clean and usable for me.

Well, the folder it's in is called "Cabal Interface", but a quick search of the 2 main UI sites, as well as Google, turns up no hits on a WoW UI called "Cabal Interface" or "Cabal". Looks like it was a custom UI somebody was working on, but didn't release.I'm Rebur, Tadia, or Judianna most games.
