Unable to upgrade/purchase Dailies guide as a member

Hi,

--> Try to purchase Dailies guide, system tells me my username is already taken (obviously enough) and to purchase via my members area.

--> There is no link to upgrade or purchase the dailies guide in my members area.

What do you see under the add products section with the drop down menu?

He's probably trying to follow the link in the email that wants you to create a new account.

Log into the members area and look at the drop down box under 'Add Products or Upgrade'. You should be able to get them thru there with your current account.

I have purchase a Zygor guild but it say i am useing the trial.Then it says purchase to upgrade

When you run the Zygor Updater client on your computer, click the Settings button and make sure your Zygor website username and password are entered correctly (same as what you use to log into the Members Area here). After that click OK and then make sure you see your name in the main window. If you see your name then click the Repair button and it should all get fixed and working properly.
