No, nothing is physically shipped to you. You can simply download your guides inside the Members Area.

Zygor, every time I reinstall the guides it keeps them as the trial versions. What can I do to fix this?

When you run the updater click the settings button and make sure you have your zygor username and password entered into the appropriate boxes.
