Leveling up Fury Warrior in Cataclysm

I was looking at the recommended talent spec and I see some shield talents in there. Is this for if you have to occassionaly tank in the lower levels or is the intent to go 1 hand weapon + shield (and eventually titan grip a 1 hand weapon + shield)?

Any input on whether I should be looking to level up with (2) 1 handed weapons or 1hander + shield would be much appreciated!

According to Torchu (My guilds best Warrior)

2 Hands Weapon = Arms
2 x 1 hand Weapon = Furry
1 hand + shield = protection

Much thanks for the info! That's what I kind of thought but wondered about Zygor's recommended leveling talents that give you something based off of block or shield slam....hmmmmmm.

There's a possibility that those shield talents were simply picked as filler talents to get to the 31 points.
