insane lag

Ever since updating to 3.0.1541 (something like that) my WoW has lagged insanely and the guide hasn't actually loaded the steps. The waypoint arrow shows but the guide itself doesn't. Help?

What are your computers system specs? How intensive are you running the actual game?

There is reported success with deleting your WoW cache and the ZygorGuidesViewer.lua file from the WTF SavedVariables folder.

It isn't my computer, I know this because when I close the guide window all my lag disappears.

Same here - horrible lag, disappears when guide is off - regardless of my settings. Worked just fine before the update, the skin loads and the waypoint arrow, regardless of what guide I choose nothing happens just lag.

I am not about to delete my saves variables if that means having to set up all my add ons again.

I'm having the same issue here.. FPS drops to 3 when I have the guide enabled.

guide's addon memory increases continuously starting from around 25mb.

please fix this

Having same issues

since updating guide my fps has gone from 60 to 7 and I cannot get any steps to load---just have the blank frame. I went and chose the correct race/level and nothing happened; also tried the injector option and it just hangs on the accept screen until I cancel it.

Just repaired using the Zygor auto loader (clicked the button on the screen there) and everything is back to working GREAT!!!!! fps now 60+ and guide viewing correctly --- thanks for the link Chaos!
