guides missing

I have reinstalled the guide two times now and have all the updates installed but for some reason none of my guides go above lvl 20?
Any ideas?

Make sure your username and password are in the settings of the guide and click repair. Also make sure that your password only contains letters and numbers not special characters. If it does goto the membership area and change your password then change your password in the settings of the updater and click repair.
