This is not really a bug or an error, I am just trying to understand the thinking behind the assignment of talent points for a protection warrior.
When reaching level 10 the recommended talent is Incite, which give a bonus to Heroic Strike. This would be nice, but Heroic Strike as an ability isn't available until level 14. Personally, I would think a much better choice would be Toughness for the assignment of talent points at 10, 11, and 13. At 15, Incite becomes viable since you can actually use the ability.
Any enlightenment you can provide is greatly appreciated.
