What exactly is the problem with this step?

I looked into the guide files:

From the NPC file:

The Quest name for #25945 is "We're Here to Do One Thing, Maybe Two...".

Maybe there has been something fixed in the new guide version 1688.

it keeps returning npc as ? and the coordinates i posted are where he stops as he tends to walk around and the coordinates it gave me were about 5-10 clicks off... was weird.. was using the latest update as of the post of the topic..

the coordinates I posted is where he likes to "stop" when moving around..

ps. the reply was in regards to before the 3.0.1688

Once you updated your Guides are you still having this problem? We are showing that his name should be correct and not giving a "?". Thanks

Nope it isn't showing for me when I go back to the step on the guide..

According to the NPCs file it should be correct. Can you please try the Repair button in the Zygor Updater and see if that fixes it?

but I did before logging in to grab that bug list to see if that had any effect.. ;o even deleted the saved variables file/deleted zygor folders and not the updater and redownloaded a fresh copy...

still it returns the same

I loaded the guide and there is a questionmark instead of the NPC name. I'll look into it.

It seems to be necessary now that in the NPCs file after the name a pipe symbol is set.
After changing the entry to
[41678]="B|Blood Guard Aldo Rockrain|",
it works.
