Do you have the latest version of the guides? Your post says you have version 1391. The newest version is 1732. Please update and see if that fixes your issue.

When was the last time you updated your guides the current version is 3.0.1732 while you show version 2.0.1391.Version 2.0 hasn't been around since sometime Cata came out.

My Zygor updater say's I am up to date 3.0.1732. I even tried to repair zygor with the same results.

Apparently Zygor never updated the version number for the talent advisor. I just checked the ver.lua file and what he is showing is current. Guess this is something for Zygor to figure out.

Ok. The problem seems to be the flying cunning pets. In another thread in this forum somebody was using this build for a land pet and it works for them. So we need to see about the problem for flying pets now.

Yes, that was me. Just to confirm (tried last night) it works OK for my spider but not my wind serpent. Maybe something to do with the difference between dashing and diving?
