Step 97 and 98 are reversed. The quest that it asks you to accept doesn't become available until you turn in the quest for step 98. Making step 97 impossible. I suggest switching the steps around. This is the first such issue I've encountered in all the Cata leveling guides. Good job, guys!

Another thing I noticed was the quests surrounding Eoin Dunwald. The later steps in the chain, specifically the ones before you kill the ettin looking thing, are reversed, and you don't turn it in where the sister is, but rather where the brothers are waiting.
