Love is in the Air Achievements Guide Added + SIS News

Hey!

It came to our attention that the Love is in the Air Event Achievements
guide was missing, so we've just added that now.

There's still a full week for you to be able to get in and complete
all of the achievements for the Love is in the Air event. It's
important to complete the achievements, if you want to get your
hands on your own Violet Proto-Drake:

So, go ahead and update your guides and get started now!

Update on New SIS:

We're getting dangerously close to finishing the complete overhaul
of our Smart Injection System (SIS) that should make SIS much less
tedious, and more enjoyable to use.

Many of you are still having numerous issues getting pre-leveled
characters synced up with the guides, as well as trying to use the
guides with heirlooms, RAF, etc. We understand you're pain and we
really appreciate the patience you've shown us while we work to get
these issues resolved.

Hope to have some BIG news very soon.

I just installed version 3.0.1790 and now my waypointer is broken. Shows the arrow, but that's it. Using TOmTom doesn't even show an arrow at all.

Anyway to download 3.0.1788 again?

Are you getting any errors?

None at all, really strange...

Try disabling any other addons you have, as both our built-in waypointer and TomTom work perfectly on our end. Also, try switching the option back and forth for which waypoint you're using to see if it shows up again. Lastly, make sure the arrow didn't move and is behind behind something.

Found the problem, the update does load the wrong guide at startup... Of course waypoints do not work if you are in the wrong region.

Changed back to the correct guide and everything is fine.

Delete my messages if you want^^.

just installed it, but i got one strange thing that i find akward which is the Death knight guide to be missing from the list of leveling guides :/ pls help!

Should be under the Eastern Kingdoms selection at least it is on mine right now.

I've just updated my guide (thank you!) and I'm going through the Love is in the Air achievement guide as I'm still missing some.
It says in the guide you only need to buy 1 Love Fool but they only have 1 charge so you actually need to buy 5.

Looking forward to the new SIS news!!

Not to be a j/a or anything, but to me 'dangerously close' is a few days, a week at most - it's been a month since the quoted announcement. I have to admit that I haven't been having major SIS issues myself, but all the same, when I put out something like that, I make sure that what I'm referring to is delivered very soon.

I've been very public of my support of Zygor and honestly, it suprises me that such a bold statement (and several more that I"ve seen since using various ways of saying 'coming very soon') would go this long without actually publishing the update or at the very least posting that there was some unforseen issue and that it's been delayed... and a new approx date.

Just my .02 worth...
