Waypoint arrow broken

Since last week's update I'm having problem with the wapoint arrow. It will never point me where to go it's just the hourglass spinning. When I get within 5 yards of the target then it points me to it. I tried changing the arrow skin, when I do it will point me towards the first way point but as soon as I get there it cannot point me to the next one. I tried using the repair tool on the updater and disabling all other addons but nothing worked.

We are trying to figure out what's causing this. It's a very random thing so it's making it hard to track down the bug.
