I've been a user of these guides for quite a while and I've found them an extremely useful addition to minimise frustrations, particularly related to Rep and quest advancement.
For me the benefit is the questing, the levelling comes as a by-product - I get to see elements of the game world I'd probably overlook or just skip.
I recently decided to level a horde Paladin on a server that's 99% Alliance and it was great being guided through areas I'd never played. I doubt I'd have done that without Zygor.
Oh, and I also play ESO and have found the guides tremendous fun, can you work on one for Skyrim <hahaha>
Great guides and excellent support, well worth the monthly sub IMO
