    Gold Data Not Updating

    I have tried everything I can think of but i keep getting.... New data available but can't get it to update for my realm. I get the updates everyday saying things are updated but looking at the loader it will tell you status is that version has latest installed but there is new auction data avail... i have tried to get both to updat but no it won't. I have reinstalled, repaired etc etc... everything but to no avail. anything else?

    Try opening the Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Escape) and in the Processes tab (pre-Win8) or the Details tab (Win8 or Win10) find the java.exe process that is running. When you find it end that process then try running the client again.

    This is happening to me too - it says server trends are 363 hours old. I restarted Java in task manager, and even rebooted, but no change. The guides are updated, but not the data.

    When you have the desktop client open in the middle of the client beside WoW is a small box. What color is that box?

    Same. I've ended the java.exe and no joy. Have also re-installed client.

    Fixed - Deleted all existing client files. Like magic.

    I am having this same issue.

    Steps I have taken.
    1. Enabled "Auto Scan when Auction house Window is open"
    2. Changed: "Auction Scanning Speed" to Slow
    3. Changed: "Enable Quicker Scan (Caution)"
    4. Tried Manually Sync Option: And Selected Scan under multiple combinations.

    I have toggled these settings in every possible combination to get the Zygor Client to Sync. I also tested closing the Java process launched by Zygor and it crashed the WoW client.

    Additionally please note I have rebooted several times during the testing process to resolve this issue out.

    Please let me know what can be done in regards to this issue. Thanks!
