• What are Zygor Guides?
  Zygor Guides are professionally written walkthrough guides for World of Warcraft. They are unique in that they can be used inside of the game using our Guide Viewer addon. This in-game format allows the guides to sync up with your characters and dynamically adapt to your gameplay.
• Is there a free trial I can download?
  Yes, you can download a free trial that includes samples from all of our guide types (except Gold).
• What is Zygor Elite?
  Zygor Elite is a premium membership option that grants you access to Zygor's entire collection of World of Warcraft guides with ongoing updates to reflect any changes or new content added to the game in patches and expansions.
• What all is included in a Zygor Elite subscription?
  Zygor Elite includes access to the entire of suite of Zygor Guides products which currently includes:

  • Zygor's Leveling and Loremaster Guide
  • Zygor's Dungeon and Gear Guide
  • Zygor's Dailies and Reputations Guide
  • Zygor's Gold and Professions Guide
  • Zygor's Pets and Mounts Guide
  • Zygor's Titles and Achievements Guide

  Additionally you'll be able to enjoy the following member benefits:

  • No upgrade fees for expansions.
  • Special username color and emblem on the community forum.
  • New guides for World of Warcraft and other games exclusive to Elite members.
  • Ability to sync your Zygor addon settings through Zygor Cloud service.
    
  • Access to the User Feedback section and feedback channel of the Zygor Discord server.
• How do I sign up for Zygor Elite?
  You can signup for Zygor Elite here. Existing Members can also signup here or from within the Members Area.
• Is there a bi-annual or annual subscription option for Elite?
  Yes, we now offer bi-annual and annual subscription plans at a discounted rate.
• What if I need to cancel or renew my Zygor Elite service?
  You can easily cancel or renew your subscription from the Manage Subscription page within the Members Area.
• What if I need to update my payment method?
  You can update your payment information from the Billing panel in the Manage Subscription section of the Members Area.
• Do I have to pay anything extra to get guide updates for future World of Warcraft expansions?
  No. All new expansion content is included with the subscription.
• What happens if Zygor releases new guides for World of Warcraft or other games?
  All new guides created for World of Warcraft or other games will be automatically added to your guide library at no additional cost.
• Do I need to buy seperate subscriptions for every user in my household?
  No. You are allowed to install the guides on multiple machines within the same household.
• What if Zygor decides to end the Zygor Elite service?
  Zygor Elite is a service we plan to continue indefinitely but if for some unforeseen reason we have to discountinue it you will receive service up until your next rebill date, at which point the service will be ended and your account will revert back to whichever guides you owned before Elite.

Existing Members

• Do I have to sign up for Zygor Elite to continue receiving updates to guides I already purchased?
  No. Guides you already purchased come with Lifetime updates up to the latest expansion at the time of your purchase. If you would like to access new expansion content however you will need to purchase Elite as we no longer sell standalone expansion upgrades.
• What happens to the guides I previously owned if I sign up for Elite and cancel later?
  If you cancel Elite your guide access will simply revert back to whichever standalone guides you previously owned.
• What happens if I sign up at the Loyalty rate of $4.99, cancel my subscription, then resubscribe? Do I lose the Loyalty rate?
  The Loyalty rate is a one time offer. If you cancel you will only have the option to resubscribe at the normal retail price $7.99.

Referrals

• Is there any benefit to referring people to try Zygor Guides?
  Yes! We now have a referral program where you can invite your friends, family, and guildmates to come try Zygor Guides. If they signup for an Elite membership you will receive $1.00 discount per user who has an active Elite subscription when your account is rebilled at the end of the month.
• Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
  No. You can refer an unlimited amount of people and the discounts will stack all the way up to the full price of Elite.
