Problem with talent build

I am using the new talent build in 3.3 and find each time I level a step the talent adviser suggests Demonic Embrace which is already maxed out at 3/3. Any thoughts ?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but you started using this on a pre-leveled character (had levels and talent points before starting to use the guides). If this is the case then just go to your warlock trainer and unlearn your current talents, then let the talent advisor assign the points.

Yeah, for some reason unless the points are placed by the talent advisor it has a problem with knowing what you already put the points into and keeps saying you need them.
