will there be new guides for warloards (eg will we need to repurchase the guide) or will it just be updated ?

Like with all previous expansions there will be an optional upgrade you can purchase. You do not need to purchase the upgrade for your guides to continue to work, but you will need it if you want to add the new expansion content to what you already own. So (for example) your 1-90 leveling guides will always work, but if you want the 90-100 levels that are being added with the expansion then you would need to purchase the upgrade.
