Zygor Client update ready to install

Hi why does Zygor guides client keep saying a client is ready to install would you like to restart, to apply it I click restart and the client does nothing restart pc client comes back in hidden Icon folder click on it and it says same thing click exit and its gone nothing in the show hidden Icons if I click restart it will not restart and no icon in bottom hidden Icons getting annoying I have uninstalled java reinstalled how can we resolve this

Have you tried downloading the client installer file and run that again to try to do a client reinstall?

If this is all you can do for help and treat ppl like a idiot of course I have reinstalled both download both tell you what your that l8 with updates and tech support is shit I'm canceling subscription done all 7.2 myself any way tour 7.1 guides will send you back on your self then take you where come from because you not run through a way point is shocking

How is asking you a question treating people like an idiot? In your original post you said you reinstalled Java but you never mentioned if you tried reinstalling the client so I asked about that to see if you tried it or not.

Try using this link (http://zygorguides.com/javaclient/dist/Uninstaller.exe) to grab an uninstaller that will make sure to remove registry entries for the client and then try installing the client again to see if that gets rid of it being hung up trying to update itself.
