I looked over most of the posts today and did a search for "level nil"; however, I did not see anything related to this. Perhaps this is the "SIS is disabled" business -- if so, I apologize.
Anyway, as of right now my guide isn't skipping quests at all because when you left click on an 'accept' line in the guide, it says something like this:
> Quest "The Emissary" (#11626): done at level 70, reaches to level nil
Is this a known issue?
(NOTE: The sticky saying that we should be patient would be helpful if it listed known issues; otherwise, it's impossible to know if it's something we should report or not.)
