Master, dodge/parry, stamina... in that order.
You want as much mastery as possible.
You want dodge and parry to as close to the same number as possible.
Gem stamina for blue gems.
Gem mastery/stamina for yellow gems. (provided the socket bonus is avoidance, mastery, or stamina)
Gem parry/stamina for red gems. (provided the socket bonus is avoidance, mastery, or stamina)
