Running my (alliance) DK through Terrokar Forest section of the Outland guide. I finished up the area around Auchindoun, went to Allerian Stronghold, picked up the quests, then went back to Shattrath for all the turn-ins currently active. I checked my bags and I had 27 Arakkoa feathers on me, ran back out to the birdville that had the kids in the cages, killed 4 more birds and got 3 more feathers. One of the Lower City quests requires 30 feathers and you get 11000 exp, 3g, a bag of goodies, and 250 rep with lower city. Shouldn't take much code to have a check for 30 feathers when finishing all the bird killing quests to see if 30 feathers are in the bags for turn-in.
