Hmm... only thing I can think of is something like:
Atlas appears to prevent some addons from being able to go directly to the Addons tab of the Interface window when you right click on the other addon's mini map button. Personally known to cause interference with this with the Zygor Guide Viewer addon but not sure about other addons.My Flight Path Follies guide
