Please Help!!!

I just bought a new laptop and installed the guides from the website. When I click on the Updater a whole bunch of boxes pop up that say :

Error launching WoW
---------------------------
Cannot find your World of Warcraft installation at:

C:\Users\Public\Games\World of Warcraft\WoW.exe

Please check your Zygor Updater settings.

OK
---------------------------

What should I do so that I can use the updater like I used to? Btw when I look at where it's installed, it's where it's supposed to be...in the addons any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

Please right click your WoW desktop icon and select Properties. Now please let me know what it shows in the “Start in” box on the Shortcut tab.

If I could get to the settings of the updater it would be an easy change. Unfortunately all the boxes pop up and won't go away.

When you first run the Updater there should be a window that opens with a 3 second timer on it. Click the Abort button on that window to stop the auto-launching of WoW which is what's causing all of those error windows.

Set the top setting (use the button with 3 dots on it on the right side) to point to C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns and set the 2nd setting (use the button with 3 dots on it on the right side) to point to C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft\World of Warcraft Launcher.exe.
