NPC missing for Dire Maul

When you enter Dire Maul: Gordok Commons, the guide tells you to accept http://www.wowhead.com/quest=27125 but doesn't know the NPC ID, even though he is found immediately inside. The NPC in question for Step 1 is http://www.wowhead.com/npc=45040

The dev team need a bit more info on this one. He's in the files like he should be so could you please explain a bit more what you see, don't see, etc.

I completed the dungeon, which is why the colour change. But this is Step One inside the instance. As you can see, instead of the NPC's name, you get (no ID given!). You can still accept the quest, and the guide does progress normally from this point.

Ok, we've had 2 of us now load up that guide on Alliance side (Horde has a different step 1) and both of us can see the NPC name. Are you sure you've got the latest guide version installed and/or that it's not some other addon that caused this?

I don't know about a conflict; I'll disable everything else and get back to you later today about that. As for the version, I have 4.0.7894 installed, although I saw this in 4.0.7878.
