You should be able to hit up Shatt and use the portal there to home city. Not sure if you can use home city portal to BL with the invasion.

In addition to the direction from Outlands to Azeroth:

Temporary, as long as there's the phased blasted lands, the travel system will use the wrong portal in the home cities when you want to go to Outlands.
I think below level 90 you should be able to use the Dark Portal in BL but I don't know about the portals in the home cities.

In SW there's now a portal to Hellfire upstairs in the mage tower where you arrive when porting to SW.
The portal downstairs takes you to BL, normally with a level 90 character to the phased one. I did not check if it works for lower level characters at all but I think then it should take you to BL in front of the Dark Portal.

It's possible that after the pre expansion event everything will be reverted. I never checkted that on the beta server, maybe the Zygor team can look into this and if necessary adjust the travel system to use the correct portals.

Edit: BTW, isn't there a portal to SW right next to the Dark Portal in Hellfire? Go through that and you end up inside the mage tower, then go downstairs there and use the portal to BL.
