Looks like it might be some addon conflict since the Ace library standalone you have is being mentioned in it. If you disable all other addons before doing that turn in do you still get the error?

Hmm. It's a weird one. It happens randomly. Ah well. I'll just live with it as it's likely tied to Ace as you pointed out ;-)
Edit: Just realised why it was not showing. I'd turned auto-accept off. So doing more tests.

I've narrowed it down to an interaction between Zygor and Immersion, at least that's my guess.
No idea why this particular quest causes this issue. Maybe it's the way it changed each week with reward choices and then no choice, just the default one.
Is it a Zygor or Immersion issue ?

Immersion is probably changing a lot of stuff in order to remove the quest window and replace it with it's own thing. If it works just fine when Immersion is disabled then it's something with how Immersion is doing stuff internally for the quest window that is messing with that one quest.
